Services

Repairs

Often a new sub floor is needed, accompanied with frame repairs, tank installation & plumbing provisions. In many cases roof structures need reinforcement to carry Air Conditioning units, or to replace or repair stretched roof panels.

Service

Floor and frame, complete systems, wheel/tire/brake, mechanical functionality of doors/windows, insulation, rewiring, trace and find water leaks, paint & polishing, etc.

Design

Interior & Exterior. Design a layout for axle(s), brakes and driveline components. Stub outs will be provided through the floor so plumbing and electrical work can be done during the finishing phase.

Restoration

The vehicle is checked for mold, mildew, or rodent infestation. This is followed by a report to the owner, and a consultation on repairs that will be needed. At this point decisions get made that are crucial to the end result. .

Fabrication

A very large part of a restoration is of course the interior design and fabrication. It includes lighting design, galley and bath layouts, seating, bedding and fabrication of every detail the client desires.

Consulting

We assist in wood and finish selection, fabric selection, flooring and window coverings. Endless details, meticulously organized and executed.

Our Process

Evaluation & Teardown

A comprehensive overall look-see which includes checking for mold, mildew, or rodent infestation. This is followed by a report to the owner. Sometimes a secondary evaluation is required after teardown. Oftentimes trailers get stripped down to expose the inside frame in order to make decisions on insulation types, rewiring, repairs, design layout for axle(s), brakes, driveline components, etc.

Structural & Paint/Polish

Oftentimes a new sub floor is needed, accompanied with frame repairs, tank installation, plumbing provisions, roof structures, plumbing, door and window issues, etc. We use several polishing methods, tailored to the metal of your particular trailer. Exposed steel even inside the framework, is treated with epoxy type coatings, visible frame sections receive a coat of sprayed on finish paint.

Interior & Exterior/Road

Includes lighting design, galley/bath layouts, seating, bedding, wood selection, flooring/window coverings, roof ventilators, furnace, refrigeration, cooking appliances and fabrication of every detail the client desires. Cleanup, under vehicle plumbing and stabilizer installation, providing for holding tank covers, and other steps that make the finished product. All systems are tested in real life conditions.

We offer individual creation, based entirely on your wishes. Based on a long gone era of elegance, and efficiency in design. Environments in which to escape, reflect, recharge.
